Delivery:

Orders will be mailed by the Canadian Postal Service.

Canadian Customers:

Goods are subject to 7% GST in all Canada and the additional 8% PST in Ontario.

U.S. Customers:

Prices do not include any applicable U.S. customs duties or taxes.

Guarantee/Return Policy:

Returns must be sent prepaid and insured at the customer's expense to From Japan. If returning products from outside Canada, Do Not use a courier company! (There are brokerage fees which will be charged back to the customer.) Write "Return to Origin" on the package. Please return unused items within 14 days for a full refund.
